The escape-proof harness we trust.
All newly arrived rescues are a flight risk. Dogs can escape from most harnesses — even ones advertised as secure — and anxious dogs are prone to this long-term. The three-strap Kerbl harness is the only one we require for our dogs.
Safety tip: Use two non-retractable leashes — one clipped to the collar and one to the harness. A waist leash is a great backup, especially on the first walks home.
